The Managing Director, Con Costi, is a third-generation fishmonger, having grown up in the industry alongside his father, George Costi, and his mother, Andrea Costi, of the well-known De Costi Seafoods. While the business name has changed, the Costi reputation for high-quality products, value pricing, and unmatched service remains the same

The Costi name has been known across Sydney for decades, a symbol of trusted, high-quality seafood. Originally built by the De Costi family, the brand became a go-to for fresh fish, prawns, oysters, and more through markets and major retailers. 

We brought that name to Watagan Park for one simple reason: locals deserve the same quality, right on their doorstep.
